Clarity Animal Hospital |
Anybody who’s ever owned a pet knows this truth:
They never pick a convenient time for an emergency. 😅
It’s always late at night, over a holiday weekend, or five minutes after your regular vet closes.
That’s why a lot of Billings pet owners are relieved to know about Clarity Animal Hospital — a locally owned emergency and urgent care veterinary hospital here in town offering walk-in care Friday through Monday, including overnight weekend hours.
No appointment needed.
The hospital is led by Billings native Dr. Kayla Erickson, and one thing people really appreciate is the way the team works to make stressful situations feel a little more human.
Pet owners can stay with their animals during parts of the diagnostic process, which can make a difficult moment feel a little less overwhelming.
They also offer flexible payment options through CareCredit and payment plans.
So whether your dog ate something deeply questionable, your cat suddenly starts acting strange, or your pet simply decides weekends are the ideal time for medical drama… Clarity is there to help. 🐾

The People Who Quietly Make Summer Happen |
“The People Who Make Summer in Billings Feel Like Summer”
You know who deserves more credit this time of year?
The seasonal people.
The farmers market vendors unloading trailers at sunrise. The parks crews somehow making everything green overnight. The teenager handing out ice cream cones during a 78-degree rush. The food truck workers standing beside hot grills while the rest of us complain about being “a little warm.” The brewery staff carrying patio tables around like summer itself depends on them.
Billings summers feel effortless when you’re enjoying them.
But they actually run on hundreds of people quietly working in the background to make the city feel alive again.
And most of them probably won’t get thanked enough.
So this week’s spotlight goes out to the people helping Billings wake back up for summer.
We see you. 🌿 |
BILLINGS SUMMER EVENT ENERGY IS ARRIVING 🎡🎶⚾ |
The next couple weeks around town are starting to stack up in the most Billings way possible.
Alive After 5 is almost back.
The Skyline races hit town this weekend, which means local runners are currently treating hills like personality development.
The Montana Renaissance Festival is coming soon to MetraPark —
And then Billings Fun Con rolls in a few weeks later with cosplay, comics, gaming, and at least one person who definitely spent six months building armor in a garage.
Meanwhile…
Mustangs baseball is back at Dehler Park. ⚾ And maybe that’s one of the most underrated summer feelings in town.
Baseball downtown.
Evening light over the city. Kids chasing foul balls. That faint stadium noise drifting through downtown while the sky turns pink over the Rimrocks.
You don’t even have to be a huge baseball fan. It still feels like summer. |

ONE LAST THING 🌅 |
One of the nicest things about Billings this time of year isn’t even an event.
It’s the sound of the city outside again.
Kids playing later.
Neighbors talking across fences.
Garage doors opening.
Dogs barking somewhere down the block.
People walking slowly like they’re trying to stretch the evening a little longer.
And after a long Montana winter… maybe we are.
See you out there, Billings. 😄 |
